When you join axie, you accept our terms of service. These terms govern your account, deposits, withdrawals, game participation, and dispute resolution. axie services are available only where local law permits. You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using our platform complies with your jurisdiction's regulations. We do not license ourselves as "operating in Indonesia" or any specific country. If your local law prohibits online gaming, you must not use axie.
We enforce account verification before your first withdrawal
Before you withdraw funds from axie, we ask for identity confirmation—a government-issued ID and, for larger withdrawals, proof of address. This Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement protects your account and helps us comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Deposits, withdrawals, and our payment terms

We do not control how quickly mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or other institutions process transfers. Standard inter-bank clearing takes 1–3 business hours. Weekend and holiday delays (such as during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha) are common across all Indonesian payment networks.
We do not charge hidden withdrawal fees. The amount you request is what you receive, minus any fees imposed by your receiving bank or e-wallet (which are their responsibility, not ours).

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a game or market begins. If you placed a selection on Liga 1 and the match starts, that selection is locked. If a selection loses, it is lost—no reversal. If it wins, you receive your payout.
Bonus terms and promotional offers on axie
We at axie occasionally run promotional offers (welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, or seasonal promotions). Any bonus offer comes with specific terms:
- Bonuses are optional. You do not have to claim them; standard play on axie has no strings attached.
- Each bonus has a playthrough requirement—a minimum amount you must wager before the bonus funds become withdrawable. We state this clearly when you claim a bonus.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They are credited to your account and can only be converted to withdrawable funds by meeting the playthrough condition.
- Bonuses expire after a set period (usually 7–30 days). Unused bonuses forfeit.

Prohibited conduct and account suspension
We at axie reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you:

- Use axie in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by local law.
- Attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical glitches, or collude with other players.
- Provide false identity information during KYC verification.
- Engage in money laundering or use axie to transfer funds on behalf of third parties.
- Abuse our payment system or attempt chargebacks on legitimate deposits.
If we suspend your account, you retain ownership of your balance. We hold your funds securely and allow withdrawal (subject to verification) unless we have reasonable grounds to believe the account was compromised or involved in illegal activity. Suspension does not equal forfeiture—you have the right to request your balance, and we process it according to standard withdrawal procedures.
If we close your account permanently due to breach of terms, any remaining balance is forfeited. We notify you of the reason for closure and provide a reasonable window to dispute our decision.

We do not handle disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider (such as a local payment refund claim or online payment chargeback). Those are between you and your payment institution. Our role is to confirm that axie processed your payment correctly.

We at axie protect your personal data using industry-standard encryption and secure storage. Your account information, payment details, and identity documents are encrypted and accessed only by authorized axie staff for account management and compliance purposes.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share information with payment processors (DANA, e-wallet providers, banks) only as necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. We comply with Indonesian data protection practices and standard international privacy conventions.

Changes to our axie terms

Jurisdiction and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to axie's operations. We do not claim to be licensed or endorsed by any specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of axie complies with their own local law.
If you live in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or anywhere in Indonesia, you acknowledge that axie is available only where local law permits your participation. If your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming, do not use our platform.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of axie is resolved through our dispute process (see above). We do not accept jurisdiction of courts in any specific country.
Acceptance of terms
By clicking "Accept" during account signup or by using axie after reading these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all conditions outlined here. You also confirm that you are of legal age, that you have verified your jurisdiction allows axie access, and that all information you provide is accurate and true.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not create an account or use axie.
